Production Time

Normal production time is 10-14 business days on most custom items. This could vary slightly due to current order volume. We can offer rush production at an additional fee. Please contact us for more information on our current production times and rush fees.

Delivery & Pick-Up

Bulk team orders will be delivered free of charge to the team’s pool. Orders placed after the bulk order cutoff date can be picked up at the Midlothian Swim Shop. We are located at 6800 Deer Run Dr., Midlothian, VA 23112. You will be emailed once your order is ready for pickup.

Return Policy

We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we’ll be happy to exchange the product within 30 days for exchange or store credit. Items must be unopened, unused, and unworn with all original packaging and tags attached. You must have a receipt or proof of purchase. All custom items are final sale. No returns or exchanges accepted. This includes any personalization and team items with logos.
